Ethics channel
At EGISA, we are committed to acting fairly, honestly and responsibly, respecting our environment, and being transparent and exemplary in business.
We strongly believe in the importance of fostering a safe, ethical, equal and trustworthy environment for all our people, customers and business partners in general.
For this reason, we have implemented this ethics channel. A secure and discreet channel for communicating, in a ANONYMOUS or by name (you choose), any non-compliance or irregularity in the organisation, as stipulated and guaranteed bythe Whistleblowing Act 2/2023 of 20 February. In this way, and with your help, we will be able to detect and prevent possible irregular behaviour.
What can be reported through this channel?
Through the ethics channel, you can report any facts that you consider may represent a breach of the legal regulations, the Code of Ethics or any other internal regulations in force, such as:
⦁ Conduct related to fraud and corruption.
⦁ Discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
• Anti-competition practices.
• Conduct contrary to human rights or damage to the environment.
• Conduct related to occupational safety, health and hygiene.
⦁ Conduct related to information security and data protection.
• Other criminal or administrative offences.
How to send a notification/alert?
How to inform the organisation, entirely CONFIDENTIALLY, of any conduct or activity which, according to Act 2/2023 of 20 February, may constitute an irregularity is indicated below. There are 2 options.
Option 1: using the Co-Resol app
- Download the Co-Resol app, accepting notifications. It is free of charge and available on the App Store and Google Play.
- Tap on the “Just click” button and then enter the EGISA code. A "click" is a notification/alert. A "click" is a notification/alert.
- Select the message recipient. If you are not sure who to contact, don't worry, any of the available interlocutors will redirect you to the appropriate person, respecting confidentiality at all times.
- Write your message, in as much detail as possible. You can attach images and documents.
- Identify yourself or select the "ANONYMOUS CLICK" option. In either case, you must agree to the Privacy Policy.
- Once you have completed these steps, you will receive a message as acknowledgement of your "click".
- The follow-up of the "click" will be made by way of a secure chat (you can access it using the chat button on the home screen of the app) until it is closed.
Option 2: using the Co-Resol website
Instead of downloading the app on your mobile device, you can also communicate via the following link to the Co-Resol website:

- In this case, you will receive a unique identifier code and password that you must save to be able to find out about the status of your "click" via a secure chat.
- Whenever you want to know if you have a new message in the chat or want to provide more information, to ensure confidentiality, you must enter this code and password on the homepage, using the “Access a previous click” button.
Ensuring confidentiality
We understand that confidentiality is key to encouraging people to make reports. We guarantee absolute confidentiality throughout the process and protect the identity of the whistleblower, as set out and guaranteed by the Whistleblowing Act 2/2023 of 20 February. This includes the possibility of ANONYMOUS whistleblowing.
What happens once the report has been made?
Impartial investigation process: Once a report or alert is submitted, the organisation will receive the report and thoroughly investigate the matter in a positive, objective and diligent manner in accordance with internal regulations and applicable law. The rights of those involved will be respected throughout the process, in particular the presumption of innocence. Protection against retaliation: EGISA does not tolerate any form of retaliation against good faith whistleblowers. We are committed to safeguarding the rights and well-being of those who are courageous enough to report any wrongdoing. Any attempt at retaliation may be considered a serious or very serious misconduct and will be subject to disciplinary action.
Resolution and follow-up: Once the investigation has been completed, the necessary actions will be taken to address the identified problem and, where possible, corrective measures to prevent future irregularities. In addition, unless prevented by police or judicial decisions, the complainant shall be informed of the progress and outcome of the investigations carried out.
