STRUCTURAL PACKAGING
Design of the shape and creation of the volume, assessment in the choice of the most suitable material for your project, creation of tailor-made mock-ups, in white or decorated.
ECO-DESIGN
Packaging size and volume optimization; reduction of cardboard weight; prescription of mono-material solutions; plastic-free metallisation; support in the choice of more eco friendly materials, inks, films, glitter (ecoglitter) and varnishes.
PRE-PRESS
Reception, verification and adaptation of the technical original documents so that they can be optimally printed. Preparation of final PDFs for client validation. Colour proofing (GMG).
INK LAB
In our colour laboratory we prepare all the formulas for our inks. Our ink management system helps in the production of formulations, reduces preparation time and enables better control of ink waste.
OFFSET PRINTING
We are equipped with state-of-the-art offset printing presses. We print on coated, uncoated, virgin fibre or recycled materials. We use UV offset, conventional offset, mineral oil free, low migration, vegetable, bio-based inks.
COLD FOIL
Cold foil stamping. Selective metallisation of the cardboard (total or partial) without leaving any plastic in the packaging. We can create a multitude of colours and metallic effects reducing costs (no tooling costs) and saving energy (overprinting is done online).
HOT STAMPING
Hot stamping, the elegant finish with high added value. Hot stamping films are available in colour glossy or matt, metallic, fluo, transparent or with special effects.
EMBOSSING / DEBOSSING
Realisation of embossing, multilevel embossing, debossing, creation of custom-made textures.
SCREEN PRINTING
Selective varnish.
Application of traditional glitter and eco glitter (glitter of vegetable origin).
Other specific techniques based on our know-how.
VARNISHES
Application of UV varnishes and water-based acrylic varnishes. Varnishes for matt, gloss, soft touch, drip off finishes. Effect pigments (Iriodin®, etc).
LAMINATION
PCR-PET metallised and transparent films (made from 90% recycled plastic) and PCR-PP (made from 30% recycled plastic), cellulose acetate (natural origin) for more environmentally friendly packaging. Traditional films (PP, transparent PET, metallised PET). Matt, gloss, soft-touch and anti-scratch finishes.
DIE-CUT
Simple or complex shapes. Automatic and semi-automatic folding boxes. Integrated inserts.
FOLDING / GLUING
Our our state-of-the-art machines allow us to fold and glue the most complex shapes.
SMART PACKAGING
Traceability, authentication, control of parallel markets and counterfeiting, marketing operations (digital marketing, CRM) through our packaging coding solutions.
WINDOWS
Patching of transparent, printed and unprinted windows.
INSERTS
