ENVASE GRÁFICO INDUSTRIAL, S.A. (EGISA) has installed a photovoltaic solar system for self-consumption at its facility in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona), along with the safe removal of asbestos from the roof. The system has a total capacity of 382.8 kW, making a substantial contribution to the company’s energy transition and helping to reduce its carbon footprint.

This project benefited from the incentive program for self-consumption and energy storage using renewable sources, as well as the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector, under the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU.

The total project investment amounted to €458,977.20, of which €113,744.30 was provided as financial aid thanks to European funding, reinforcing EGISA’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and energy efficiency.
