Kraft packaging for Bio certified solid shampoo

Here we present the latest packaging line created for the new Bio range from Jeanne en Provence, a French natural perfumery and cosmetics brand based in Grasse since 1978.
The brand has selected a Kraft board with an organic look and feel. Made from 100% FSC-certified virgin fibres, guaranteeing the ethical and responsible origin of the raw material, it is uncoated and unbleached cardboard.
On the printing side, we have used low-migration UV offset inks (without mineral oil in their formulation), generally used in the food industry, to meet our customer’s ultra-demanding specifications. We have also used a special water-based varnish on the inside of the folding carton, in order to create a grease barrier (as it contains a solid shampoo tablet) and to improve the recyclability of the packaging.
