Why we process your data:

At EGISA we treat your personal data respecting the principles contained in the applicable regulations and in particular GDPR and LOPDGDD. Personal data will not be used for purposes other than those set forth below:

Customer and potential customer data

Our clients’ data shall be processed in order to provide purchased services, for fiscal, accounting, administrative and billing purposes within the contractual relationship that legitimizes the processing of said data. In the case of potential clients, offers shall be sent within the framework of a pre-contractual negotiation.

We may also process client data based on our legitimate interest in sending them news or information related to our activities, products and services, promotions, events and discounts via a newsletter. The client may oppose the receipt of said communications at any time through the procedures described for such purposes in the contractual documentation. They may cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time, accessing the unsubscribe procedure at the bottom of all newsletter, or by sending a request in writing to dpd@egisa.com.

 

Web user data:

Browsing data of web users will be processed solely for statistical and analysis purposes, in accordance with the provisions of our cookie policy, as well as to provide information about our business activity and, where appropriate, to attend to your queries and suggestions.

In this regard, we may process data such as IP access to the telecommunications network, access district data, Operating System and browser used, pages viewed and connection time.

 

CV data

In the same way, in the event that the interested parties send it to us by e-mail, we may process curriculum vitae data. In these cases, data will be processed for the sole purpose of participating in present or future active selection processes.

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your prior authorization. Likewise, we guarantee confidentiality in the processing of your personal data.

We shall keep your data for the time necessary to attend to your job application during selection processes. If the application is not successful, we shall keep your data for no longer than one year.

We may also process personal data if the interested parties send us queries, complaints or suggestions through the contact forms enabled for such purposes on our website, with the sole purpose of responding to their request. In no case shall we incorporate this data into other databases or send commercial communications electronically without prior authorization from the data owner.

Mandatory data from each form will be identified as such. If mandatory data is not correctly introduced, EGISA will not be able to correctly identify you and the record of the query will therefore be deleted.

 

Received email data:

We will also process personal data if the interested parties send queries, complaints or suggestions by email to the addresses provided on the website for such purposes. In this case, the data will be processed for the sole purpose of responding to their request. In no case shall we incorporate this data into other databases or send commercial communications electronically without prior authorization from the data owner.

We may process the data of Social Network users who interact with the EGISA profile page on the different social networks.

Instagram

By following our profile, users accept that EGISA, in compliance with Instagram’s terms of use and privacy policy, can access its followers’ personal data (name and photograph), and publish news that will appear on their main page. In no case shall EGISA use the data for purposes other than those described above. Users can stop being followers by clicking on the “Stop following” box at any time.

LinkedIn

By pressing LinkedIn’s “Follow” button, the user accepts that EGISA, in compliance with LinkedIn’s conditions of use and privacy policy, can access its followers’ personal data, publish news and information that will appear on their wall, participate in debates, and send messages. In no case shall EGISA use the data for purposes other than those described above. Users can stop being followers by clicking on the “Stop following” box at any time.

Youtube

By following our channel, users accept that EGISA, in compliance with Youtube’s conditions of use and privacy policy, can access followers’ personal data (name and photograph), and publish news that will appear on their main page. EGISA will in no case use the data for purposes other than those described above. Users can stop being a follower by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” box at any time.

 

Clauses common to all social networks

The information provided by EGISA in its social media profiles is for informational purposes only. EGISA is not responsible for the errors contained, nor for the damages or losses derived from its use.

If you wish to modify your data in a social network other than EGISA’s platform, we inform you that you can do so by configuring each of your profiles in the different social networks. EGISA can only consult or cancel your data as a follower.

 

Newsletter:

Web users may subscribe to our Newsletter by filling in the subscription form enabled on the website www.egisa.com.

Newsletter subscribers’ data shall be processed with the sole purpose of sending information about the activities of EGISA, as well as to keep them informed of news, promotions, organized events or applicable discounts on our products or services based on the prior consent of the subscribers themselves.

Subscribers may cancel the subscription to the Newsletter at any time, by accessing the unsubscribe procedure at the bottom of all Newsletters, or by sending a request in writing to dpd@egisa.com.

 

Who we share your data with:

EGISA guarantees the confidentiality of personal data, not sharing it with third parties without the owner’s prior authorization. However, due to the different needs of EGISA, we may share your data with the following recipients:


Service providers

EGISA may subcontract different services to external providers who will have access to personal data, by way of example and without limitation: distributors, lawyers and solicitors, auditors, consultants, financial institutions, cloud service providers and their computer servers, and other providers and professionals, who will process personal data as data processors for and on behalf of EGISA. In this case, providers will have signed personal data processing agreements, limiting their processing to the purposes of the Service provided and under the security measures established by current regulations at all times.


Public administration and authorities:

We may disclose your data and any other information that is in our possession or that is accessible through our systems and is required in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions applicable, to relevant government authorities. All the above legal obligations shall be carried out with the sole purpose of complying with our obligations and preventing abuse of services or fraudulent activities in the services provided through our Website.


International Data Transfer:

Similarly, your data may be processed in countries outside the European Union. In this case, EGISA ensures that the countries your personal data is sent you always have a comparable and adequate level of protection. In any case, international transfers shall be carried out in compliance with the provisions of Articles 44 and following of GDPR.

Likewise, and in the event that the international transfer of data responds to the provision of a service to EGISA, said provision will comply with the provisions established in Art. 28 GDPR and art. 33 LOPDGDD, and a processing manager agreement shall be suscribed.

In the case of international transfers to the US, the service providers comply with all the guarantees regarding the protection of personal data required.

Should a violation of your data protection rights occur, you may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

 

Data retention:

Client data will be kept for the time necessary to meet the purpose for which they were collected and the legal obligations derived from it. Financial data will be kept under the provisions of the applicable tax regulations.

Data referring to the queries made by users through web forms, or by e-mail, and CV data will be kept for no longer than one year from the date they were collected.

Data collected through cookies or tracking pixels, social network plug-ins, or web user browsing data will be retained for a maximum of one year from collection.

Newsletter subscribers’ data shall be kept until the subscriber requests cancellation of the subscription, the subscription e-mail account stops working, or the client is opposed receiving the newsletter.

Data of users who access an EGISA social network will not be incorporated into the company’s databases, and therefore, will be kept under the conditions and for the periods of time established by the corresponding social network.
