EGISA joins the Transparency-One platform

At EGISA, we are committed to sustainability and ethics in our operations, and we have taken a further step in this direction by signing up to the Transparency-One platform. This decision strengthens our commitment to responsible procurement and transparency throughout our supply chain.

Transparency-One helps us identify the origin of the materials we use, ensuring that they meet international sustainability and ethical standards. This is a step forward in response to growing market demand for more responsible and transparent solutions. It also helps us align our operations with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda and the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, which we have joined as a participating company since 2024.

As part of our commitment to responsible procurement, we have adopted a comprehensive approach that includes a number of key initiatives to improve the transparency and impact of our supply chain. Our Responsible Sourcing Policy sets out the fundamental principles of this strategy, complemented by an expanded supplier assessment questionnaire that integrates ethical, social and environmental criteria, as well as the Supplier Code of Conduct. With these actions, and the subscription to Transparency-One, we ensure that our business partners share our values of sustainability, ethics and social responsibility, consolidating EGISA as a benchmark in the packaging industry and strengthening trust with our customers and suppliers.
