Whistleblowing channel

At EGISA we are committed to integrity, transparency and respect in all our operations. We act fairly, honestly and responsibly, fostering a safe, ethical and inclusive working environment for our employees, customers and business partners.

This commitment has always been the cornerstone of our company and has shaped our Code of Ethics, an essential guide that protects EGISA’s identity and mission, guiding our actions in accordance with the ethical principles and fundamental values we promote.

As part of this commitment, we have implemented a Whistleblowing channel, a secure and confidential space where anyone can report anonymously or by name (depending on their preference) possible irregularities or non-compliance within the organisation. This channel complies with the provisions of Spanish Law 2/2023, of 20 February, which regulates the protection of people who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption.

Your cooperation is essential to prevent and correct misconduct, thus ensuring a working environment based on ethics and respect.

What can be reported through this channel?

This whistleblowing channel is available to report any action that violates legal regulations, EGISA’s Code of Ethics or any other internal regulations in force, including:

Fraud, corruption and anti-competitive practices: Bribery, embezzlement or any dishonest conduct. Anti-competitive actions.
Discrimination and harassment: Any kind of harassment, unequal treatment or discrimination in the workplace.
Unfair working conditions: Infringement of rights related to working hours, pay, work-life balance or any other condition of employment.
Human rights violations: Any conduct that violates the dignity and fundamental rights of individuals.
Damage to the environment: Actions that may have a negative environmental impact.
Safety, health and hygiene at work: non-compliance with occupational risk prevention or inadequate working conditions.
Information security and data protection: Misuse of personal data or non-compliance with digital security regulations.
Other criminal or administrative infringements.

All communications received will be treated with the utmost diligence, ensuring confidentiality, anonymity (if preferred) and the absence of any retaliation for those who make a report in good faith.
